Well, apparently there’s someone out there who has, because I stumbled upon this recipe for Easy Vegetable Rotti by Apé Amma. And let me tell you, this rotti is not your average rotti. First of all, what the heck is a rotti? I had to Google it myself. Turns out it’s a type of flatbread that originated in Sri Lanka. Okay, cool. But this isn’t just any rotti.
